4:00 PM - 4:45 PM    Taekwondo Junior Course - Taekwondo Junior White Belt Course
This introductory course is the perfect starting point for students beginning their Taekwondo journey. This introductory session fee includes a complimentary uniform and belt testing fees. Participants will start at the white belt level and have the opportunity to test every two months as they progress through the ranks up to orange belt. With consistent participation, students can expect to complete this phase in approximately five semesters. These additional semesters will be available for registration starting in March. Upon completion of the fifth semester, students will advance to green belt and transition to the Plymouth Mu Han location to begin training in contact sparring. Throughout the program, students will develop key life skills, including respect, discipline, teamwork, goal setting, and leadership. Mu Han Total Martial Arts provides internationally recognized instruction and accreditation, ensuring a high-quality and rewarding martial arts experience.Classes are held twice per week. Both boys and girls will learn basic stretching, drills, mat tumbling, somersaults, back rolls, cartwheels, and more.  They will do a circuit by using the equipment.  students will also use props such as hula hoops, bean bags , streamers, and a parachute.  Instructor: Tracey O'Brien-Certified by test to teach.  Member of DMA and DTCB

Costumes are included. Come join the fun with dance /tumbling instructor, Miss Tracey, certified by test to teach and also a member of DMA, and DTCB.Registration is open through October 31st. This introductory course is the perfect starting point for students beginning their Taekwondo journey. This introductory session fee includes a complimentary uniform and belt testing fees. Participants will start at the white belt level and have the opportunity to test every two months as they progress through the ranks up to orange belt. With consistent participation, students can expect to complete this phase in approximately five semesters. These additional semesters will be available for registration starting in March. Upon completion of the fifth semester, students will advance to green belt and transition to the Plymouth Mu Han location to begin training in contact sparring. Throughout the program, students will develop key life skills, including respect, discipline, teamwork, goal setting, and leadership. Mu Han Total Martial Arts provides internationally recognized instruction and accreditation, ensuring a high-quality and rewarding martial arts experience.Classes are held twice per week. This introductory course is the perfect starting point for students beginning their Taekwondo journey. This introductory session fee includes a complimentary uniform and belt testing fees. Participants will start at the white belt level and have the opportunity to test every two months as they progress through the ranks up to orange belt. With consistent participation, students can expect to complete this phase in approximately five semesters. These additional semesters will be available for registration starting in March. Upon completion of the fifth semester, students will advance to green belt and transition to the Plymouth Mu Han location to begin training in contact sparring. Throughout the program, students will develop key life skills, including respect, discipline, teamwork, goal setting, and leadership. Mu Han Total Martial Arts provides internationally recognized instruction and accreditation, ensuring a high-quality and rewarding martial arts experience.Classes are held twice per week. 4:00 PM - 4:45 PM    Taekwondo Junior Course - Taekwondo Junior White Belt Course
This introductory course is the perfect starting point for students beginning their Taekwondo journey. This introductory session fee includes a complimentary uniform and belt testing fees. Participants will start at the white belt level and have the opportunity to test every two months as they progress through the ranks up to orange belt. With consistent participation, students can expect to complete this phase in approximately five semesters. These additional semesters will be available for registration starting in March. Upon completion of the fifth semester, students will advance to green belt and transition to the Plymouth Mu Han location to begin training in contact sparring. Throughout the program, students will develop key life skills, including respect, discipline, teamwork, goal setting, and leadership. Mu Han Total Martial Arts provides internationally recognized instruction and accreditation, ensuring a high-quality and rewarding martial arts experience.Classes are held twice per week. Join us to learn how to use the pottery wheel with artist Melissa Kowal, owner of Beeble Art Center. This two-hour class will teach you all about pottery and using a pottery wheel. Please wear clothes and shoes that can get messy. Ceramics will be in white clay and finished with a clear glaze. 4:00 PM - 4:45 PM    Taekwondo Junior Course - Taekwondo Junior White Belt Course
This introductory course is the perfect starting point for students beginning their Taekwondo journey. This introductory session fee includes a complimentary uniform and belt testing fees. Participants will start at the white belt level and have the opportunity to test every two months as they progress through the ranks up to orange belt. With consistent participation, students can expect to complete this phase in approximately five semesters. These additional semesters will be available for registration starting in March. Upon completion of the fifth semester, students will advance to green belt and transition to the Plymouth Mu Han location to begin training in contact sparring. Throughout the program, students will develop key life skills, including respect, discipline, teamwork, goal setting, and leadership. Mu Han Total Martial Arts provides internationally recognized instruction and accreditation, ensuring a high-quality and rewarding martial arts experience.Classes are held twice per week. 4:00 PM - 4:45 PM    Taekwondo Junior Course - Taekwondo Junior White Belt Course
This introductory course is the perfect starting point for students beginning their Taekwondo journey. This introductory session fee includes a complimentary uniform and belt testing fees. Participants will start at the white belt level and have the opportunity to test every two months as they progress through the ranks up to orange belt. With consistent participation, students can expect to complete this phase in approximately five semesters. These additional semesters will be available for registration starting in March. Upon completion of the fifth semester, students will advance to green belt and transition to the Plymouth Mu Han location to begin training in contact sparring. Throughout the program, students will develop key life skills, including respect, discipline, teamwork, goal setting, and leadership. Mu Han Total Martial Arts provides internationally recognized instruction and accreditation, ensuring a high-quality and rewarding martial arts experience.Classes are held twice per week. Use the art studio space with Ms. Kowal to find your creativity through clay. We have wheel-throwing and hand-building projects available. Create original clay projects with your peers! We will create three different projects out of clay to explore texture, form, and the artist's ideas. This program includes progressive tumbling skills which will include floor routines that will also incorporate dance moves.  Children will use balance beams, trampoline, and more.   This is a fun way for children, both boys and girls  to learn and build flexibility and strength.  This is a year long program that runs from September - May, and will include a performance at the annual dance recital in May. Costumes are included. Come join the fun with dance /tumbling instructor, Miss Tracey, certified by test to teach and also a member of DMA, and DTCB.Registration is open through October 31st. Late registrations will not be prorated.If paying in full right now is a financial challenge, please contact the Parks and Recreation Department.
