Get ready for a whirlwind of creativity and excitement as our camp becomes a colorful canvas of imagination. Led by our energetic instructors, young artists dive into a world of painting, drawing, sculpture, and more, discovering new ways to express themselves at every turn!Our clinic is bursting with laughter, friendship, and creativity as campers team up for group projects, teamwork, and a collaborative showcase. Mrs. Kowal's team will instruct an artistic process and it’s up to the artists to create and focus on their own projects! With each stroke of the brush and every twist of the clay, they're not just creating art – they're creating memories that will last a lifetime.Each camp day is 4 hours long. There will be a 15-minute break in between projects. On average there will be three art projects per day. Each age group will be in their own group to create age-appropriate projects. If you have any artists who would like to stay in a group together please let me know!On our last day of art week there will be an art show where you and your family at 1:00 PM can come and see the art that the artists made all week! Please take home your projects at the end of the show.Come dressed for a MESS! The clothes you wear will come home with paint, clay, marker, and ink on them. Aprons are provided.Please bring water, a snack, and a lunch for your artist! We are a nut-free campus so please do not bring a snack or lunch that contains nuts. We will also be outside on nice days and suggest sunscreen.Unfortunately, artists entering Kindergarten in 2025 are too young for this program and should sign up next year!If you cannot attend one of the days please let Mrs. Kowal or Brandi Gordon know via email at Beebleartcenter@gmail.com or bgordon@kingstonma.gov

Dance/Tumbling for Fun offers an environment for your child to experience all things dancing.  Program includes but not limited to gym games, hula hoops, tumbling, stretching and strengthening exercises and lip syncing to popular songs.  Learn dance moves  such as ballet, tap, jazz and pop dances.  They will choreograph a dance with their song of choice and Miss Tracey will teach them a group dance to perform at the fun show at the end of the week. A full week of fun while building confidence and courage to be on and enjoy the stage. Children can wear any comfortable clothing that is easy to move in and should bring a snack, lunch and a water bottle. Please make sure items are labeled with their name.

Pickleball is a racquet sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis.  A paddle sport created for all ages and skill levels. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced game.Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers.  Only equipment needed is a Paddle. Games are pick up games based on the number of players for each day.Morning Group - More Experienced & CompetitiveRecreational Skilled Group - Ability to move to the ball and proficient enough to keep the ball in play. Recreational Group - Some experience but more for fun and exercise.Evening-Combination -  Should have played before and understand how to play the game.Location: Gray's Beach Park if the weather is nice, or Reed Community Building; each group will decide the location based on weather.Outdoor Only Play begins the week of June 9th.  However, evening Pickleball will start on June 5th for Gray's Beach Park Tennis Courts.

Gentle Yoga with Dawne is a non-Judgemental Yoga class designed for the beginner and advanced, all shapes, sizes and ages welcome. Each class typically begins with a balance of the body (creating structural strength within) and breath-work. We move through a series of both standing and seated postures - always taking into consideration the needs of the students present. We close each class with a brief relaxation (Shavasana).Dawne has 36+ years of experience teaching all types of health and wellness classes.  She is certified in Yoga, Pilates Mat, Barre, Personal Training, group exercise, Reikei, and studied the Rossiter Method.   The Punch Card option is for 4 classes of your choosing, either day with no commitment. Please review the schedule for class dates/times.

4:15 PM - 5:15 PM    Tumbling for Fun/Basic Gymnastics - Tumbling for Fun
Both boys and girls will learn basic stretching, drills, mat tumbling, somersaults, back rolls, cartwheels, and more.  They will do a circuit by using the equipment.  students will also use props such as hula hoops, bean bags , streamers, and a parachute.  Instructor: Tracey O'Brien-Certified by test to teach.  Member of DMA and DTCB

This program includes progressive tumbling skills which will include floor routines that will also incorporate dance moves.  Children will use balance beams, trampoline, and more.   This is a fun way for children, both boys and girls  to learn and build flexibility and strength.  This is a year long program that runs from September - May, and will include a performance at the annual dance recital in May. Costumes are included. Come join the fun with dance /tumbling instructor, Miss Tracey, certified by test to teach and also a member of DMA, and DTCB.If paying in full right now is a financial challenge, please contact the Parks and Recreation Department. We’re committed to helping ensure your child can participate.New this year, fee includes one costume to take home.Practice and Recital - Friday, May 15th and Saturday, May 16th
