A beautiful class to begin your Pilates practice with a little added stretch. This class will concentrate on strengthening the body with emphasis on your core (trunk muscles) while also training your arms and legs. Pilates can also help with posture, balance, and flexibility. Helping to improve your overall well-being. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat and a water bottle.
