As part of our Wildfire Wellness Weekend, you are invited to join a guided mindfulness hike. Participants can join both the Saturday hike and Sunday mini-retreat and enjoy a discounted price, or just select one event.
Between the Trees: A Nature Walk for Slowing Down & Noticing
Let's put down the phones and step away from the noise for a short nature walk (location TBD).
The group will meet in the parking lot and walk for a gentle hike. Please note that the trail includes natural terrain and mild tripping hazards, so sturdy hiking boots or sneakers with good grip are recommended.
This walk will blend mindfulness, reflection, and quiet observation as we move slowly through nature together. Along the way, participants will be invited to notice, listen, and reflect as we spend time outdoors together.
At the end, we will gather on the grass (wear something comfortable and suitable!) for a short reflective connection time before heading out.
Wildfire Workshops: Mini-Retreat

A half-day retreat that is part of the Wildfire Wellness Weekend where participants are invited to attend a mindfulness hike on Saturday and/or the retreat on Sunday.
For Sunday’s retreat, you’ll enjoy guided meditation, journaling, and intentional practices, you’ll have space to release what is no longer serving you and begin envisioning what comes next - with more clarity, ease, and alignment.
Along the way, you’ll be guided through gentle movement, reflective prompts, guided visualization meditations, affirmation practices, intuitive card pulls, and small, sensory moments of care - like self-massage and quiet time in nature - designed to help you soften, reset, and reconnect.
We’ll close with a nourishing lunch and space to linger, integrate, and carry a little more intention (and a little more lightness) into whatever comes next.
You’re encouraged to bring a yoga mat, a pillow or two, and a blanket or two to make your space feel cozy. A catered lunch, journal, and eye mask will be provided.
