Slow Stitching Workshops: A Mindfulness Practice

Slow Stitching Workshop
Slow stitching is a mindfulness practice that focuses on "Staying in the Moment." This method of hand stitching is a great way to relieve stress. It also provides an opportunity to repurpose old or used fabric items, which then allows the items to be upcycled and turned into something both beautiful and useful at the same time.

The instructors' only requirement is that participants bring a pair of fabric scissors. She will supply needles & pins, threads, buttons, fabrics, and laces used to create these unique one-of-a-kind handmade projects.
