12:30 PM - 1:30 PM    Balance and Conditioning Class - Balance and Conditioning
Balance & Conditioning Class The classes will consist of strength & conditioning exercises, stretches and various balance drills designed to increase balance, strength and flexibility. The stretching and strengthening exercises utilized in the class are focused on specific key muscles and joints designed to increase the ROM (range of motion) and strength in order to bring greater stability and increased awareness and reaction time so as to improve balance and prevent falls. Instructor: Neil Sullivan MS. R-CEP, C.S.C.S, CPTNeil Sullivan is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist employed through Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital & BIDMC where he leads the “Balance & Fall Prevention” as well as the “Post-Rehab Back Care” Programs in both outpatient and clinical group settings. Neil has also served as an adjunct professor in the Health & Sciences Dept. at several colleges in the Boston area, where he taught Exercise Science as well Nutrition. Neil is currently serving as a Graduate Assistant and in the Applied Exercise Physiology Doctoral Program at UMass Boston while completing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

6:30 PM - 7:30 PM    Line Dancing - Line Dancing - Starts April 24th
This is a fun energetic class for the brand new dancer or the experienced.  You will learn terminology and movements, put them together and you will be able to easily follow dances.  No partner is needed.  All you need to know is your right from your left and how to smile.  This class is for you!Instructor: Maureen Godding

At Soccer Stars, it is our goal to teach soccer skills in a fun, non-competitive, educational environment. The radKIDS Personal Empowerment Safety Education Program is a 10 hour family centered safety education program that emphasizes critical thinking and decision making skills as well as physical resistance options to escape violence.Since its incorporation in 2001, radKIDS, Inc has been committed to providing education that enhances the ability of children and parents to utilize knowledge, skills and power to protect themselves from violence and harm.This is a drop off program, but parents are more than welcome to stay and watch too. Please complete the parental consent form and wellness form in the links below and bring to the first night of class.  If you have any questions, please email tmori@kpdmass.org.Sponsored by the Kingston Police Dept.

Back Care & Core Conditioning   *This class is intended for individuals comfortable with or interested in stretching and exercising from the floor on an exercise mat.*   The therapeutic movements, exercises and stretches introduced in this class are designed to build core and back strength along with hip mobility and hamstring/lower extremity flexibility.  The class includes passive and active stretching sequences in addition to low-impact isometric and body weight resistance exercises.   *Aside from building muscular strength and flexibility, an additional benefit to the class is that it affords the student the opportunity to learn and build confidence on how to get down and up from the floor safely. This class compliments the "Balance & Conditioning" class well.Instructor: Neil Sullivan MS.
