Description
Open grass area can be used for many various activities/functions.

Fee Schedule
The Gray's Beach Park property is open to the general public seven days a week from dawn to dusk.  All participants will be required to adhere to the current COVID State Directives/Guidelines as well as the Town of Kingston's Board of Health Directives/Guidelines at the time of property/program use.

All individuals/groups are required to provide A CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE with the Town of Kingston named as an Additional Insured required 14 days prior to your organizations’ scheduled use:
  • GENERAL LIABILITY: $1,000,000 per occurrence Bodily Injury Liability and $3,000,000 per occurrence Property Damage Liability.

The following area at the Park is available for rent at the indicated fee:
Stage Area: $25/hour Residents; $50 Hour Non-Residents
Portion of Grass Area: $25/hour Residents; $50 Hour Non-Residents

The other areas at Gray's Beach Park are not available for rent; such as the Basketball Court, Playground or the Tennis Court.  We leave these areas open to the general public for general use.
