Reed Community Building Use Policies and Procedures
All participants will be required to adhere to the current State Directives/Guidelines as well as the Town of Kingston's Board of Health Directives/Guidelines at the time of property/program use.
Facility users will need to do their own table/chair set up and breakdown when done, and clean up of all trash.
Any individual / orginization are required to provide a CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE with the Town of Kingston names as an Additional Insured required prior to your scheduled use:
- GENERAL LIABILITY: $1,000,000 P per occurrence Bodily Injury Liability and $3,000,000 per occurrence Property Damage Liability.
Any fees and certificate of liability insurance are required, prior to your organization's use.
Reed Community Building Fee Schedule:
There are no fees for Kingston Not-For/Non-Profit Organizations during normal business hours, however the reservation process through the system still needs to take place.
Fees:
During the week:
Kingston Residents & All Other Organizations and Private Functions: $25/hour
Weekend Fees (Saturday & Sunday):
Kingston Residents & Kingston Non-Profit and Not-For-Profit Organizations:
Minimum of 2 hours @ $50/hr
All Other Organizations and Private Functions:
Minimum of 2 hours @ $75/hr.
Waiver and Policy: Facilities/Properties under the jurisdiction of the Town of Kingston Recreation Department may be used for public purposes. Any individual/groups using a facility is responsible for picking up any litter created by the event. Alcoholic beverages prohibited, unless otherwise approved. Fields are not to be used when soggy and or wet with puddles. This will help to ensure the quality of our fields. Please read the Field-Building Use Rules and Regulations.
It is understood that the Town of Kingston, its employees, and servants are not responsible for any injury or loss of property that may be incurred by anyone using Town facilities. Further, I hereby agree to hold the Town of Kingston, it’s employees, and servants harmless from any injury or loss of property.
