Reed Community Building Use Policies and Procedures
All participants will be required to adhere to the current COVID State Directives/Guidelines as well as the Town of Kingston's Board of Health Directives/Guidelines at the time of property/program use.
Facility users will need to do their own table/chair set up and breakdown when done, and clean up of all trash.
Fee must be paid at the time of approval via the Kingston Recreation website; Requester will receive an e-mail notification of approved request.
A certificate of Liability Insurance must be submitted prior to any use.
- Required to provide a CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY INSURNCE with the Town of Kingston names as an Additional Insured required prior to your scheduled use:
- GENREAL LIABILITY: $1,000,000 P per occurrence Bodily Injury Liability and $3,000,000 per occurrence Property Damage Liability.
Reed Community Building Fee Schedule:
There are no fees for Kingston Not-For/Non-Profit Organizations during normal business hours, however the reservation process through the system still needs to take place.
Fees:
During the week:
Kingston Residents & All Other Organizations and Private Functions: $25/hour
Weekend Fees (Saturday & Sunday):
Kingston Residents & Kingston Non-Profit and Not-For-Profit Organizations:
Minimum of 2 hours @ $50/hr
All Other Organizations and Private Functions:
Minimum of 2 hours @ $75/hr.
