Pickleball is a racquet sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis.  A paddle sport created for all ages and skill levels. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced game.Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers.  Only equipment needed is a Paddle. Games are pick up games based on the number of players for each day.Morning Group - More Experienced & competitive.Recreational Group - Some experience but more for fun and exercise.Recreational Skilled Group - Ability to move to the ball and proficient enough to keep the ball in play. Evening-Combination -  Should have played before and have an understanding of how to play the game.Location: Gray's Beach Park if weather is nice, or Reed Community Building; each group will decide location based upon weather until too cold to play outside.EVENING PICKLEBALL IS CANCELLED FOR APRIL 4, 2024 FOR INDOOR PLAY. PLEASE NOTE: INSIDE AVAILABILITY IS THROUGH JUNE 14, 2024. This program includes progressive tumbling skills which will include floor routines that will also incorporate dance moves.  Children will use balance beams, trampoline, and more.   This is a fun way for children, both boys and girls  to learn and build flexibility and strength.  This is a year long program that runs from September - May, and will include a performance at the annual dance recital in May. Costumes are included. This fun 4 week program is designed for intermediate/ aspiring advanced players looking to bring your game to the next level. We will work on improving your 3 rd shot drop as well as handling transition zone, ( ie. 5 th, 7 th, 9 th shot drops) and getting you and your partner to the NVZ as offensively as possible. We will work on controlled, effective dinking, footwork, paddle position, shot selection, speed ups, blocking, resetting and court awareness. Each class will end with game play! Cindy Reagan is PPR certified by National pro Sarah Ansboury and a USA pickleball ambassador. She is passionate about coaching and well known throughout the SouthShore!

This fun 4 week program is designed for intermediate players looking for some fun evenly matched games! You will rotate play each game with a different partner and play timed 12 minute matches! Space is limited to 10 players. We will tally scores and announce the top male and female player each class. The last week of class we will have a round robin tournament! Starcreations Theater presents the musical theater workshop "Wizard of Oz". This workshop will instruct students on theater, music and dance and will culminate in live performance at the end of the program. Through music and acting development, this workshop will help build student's self-esteem and explore their creativity. Great roles for both male and female participants - no prior theater experience necessary.

Both boys and girls will learn basic stretching, drills, mat tumbling, somersaults , back rolls, cartwheels, and more.  They will do a circuit by using the equipment.  students will also use props such as hula hoops, bean bags , streamers , and parachute.  Instructor: Tracey O'Brien-Certified by test to teach.  Member of DMA and DTCB

Costumes are included. Come join the fun with dance /tumbling instructor, Miss Tracey, certified by test to teach and also a member of DMA, and DTCB.The fee for the year is paid in two installments. 1st Installment Due - When you register 2nd Installment Due - no later than Feb. 9th. (you must register for this installment to make payment)The yearly fee does include costumes.Year long Fee- Residents-$430 Non-residents-$510
