This 4-week program is 90 minutes per session and will consist of 45 minutes of drilling followed by 45 minutes of game play. Focus will be on incorporating offensive strategy into your game as well as strong defense. We will work on court positioning, shot selection, drops, drives, serves, return of serves, and overall technique! We can work on refining any skills that may need improvement. Tumbling for Fun/Basic Gymnastics - Tumbling for Fun Both boys and girls will learn basic stretching, drills, mat tumbling, somersaults, back rolls, cartwheels, and more. They will do a circuit by using the equipment. students will also use props such as hula hoops, bean bags , streamers, and a parachute. Instructor: Tracey O'Brien-Certified by test to teach.
