Adult Ceramics Class
Did you take ceramics or hand-building in school and wish you could have continued? That’s what inspired us to offer a variety of adult ceramics programs—from Open Studio and Fundamentals of Handbuilding with Clay to two-day project workshops and now this creative hand-building class!
This program is a great option for anyone with previous clay experience, including those who have completed Fundamentals of Handbuilding with Clay and want to keep creating. Come with ideas for what you’d like to make, and I can help you bring them to life—or simply come ready to experiment and see where your creativity takes you.
A variety of tools will be available, including textured rollers, stamps, cutters, forms, and other specialty tools to help you explore different shapes, textures, and techniques.
Registration includes three sessions: two evenings for creating and one evening for glazing. Finished pieces will be available for pickup approximately one week after the final class.
All materials are included, and the instructor will be available throughout the class to provide guidance, answer questions, and help you develop your ideas. Create as many pieces as time allows and enjoy the opportunity to keep working with clay!
