This open studio session is designed for experienced ceramic artists who are comfortable working independently. Participants must have prior experience with clay and handbuilding tools, as no formal instruction will be provided. The studio offers a flexible environment to explore personal projects, refine techniques, and create at your own pace.
New to clay? Consider starting with our Foundations of Handbuilding with Clay class, where beginners can learn essential techniques and become familiar with working with clay and handbuilding tools. This introductory class is a great way to build the skills and confidence needed to eventually transition into the open studio environment.
A 2-hour minimum charge applies to all open studio sessions. Clay is available for purchase, and firing services are offered for an additional fee.
