Gratitude and Grounding Yoga and Meditation
Join us for a  rejuvenating yoga and guided meditation class designed to help you reset after Thanksgiving. This session will focus on gentle movements and mindful breathing to release tension, improve digestion, and re-center your mind. Whether you're looking to de-stress after the holiday or simply recharge, this class offers the perfect way to reconnect with your body and mind. All levels are welcome and no prior experience is necessary. Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and ready to move forward with renewed energy.
