Yoga with Dawne - Gentle

Gentle Yoga with Dawne is a Non-Judgemental Yoga class designed for the beginner and advanced, all shapes, sizes and ages welcome. Each class typically begins with a balance of the body (creating structural strength within) and breath-work. We move through a series of both standing and seated postures - always taking into consideration the needs of the students present. We close each class with a brief relaxation (Shavasasna).

With a background in exercise science - Dawne has been teaching all types of fitness modalities since 1986. Focusing her practice on Yoga and Mind Body Work since 1992.
