Outdoor track, race starting line
We will learn the basics of classic track sprints as well as test ourselves on the mile run. We will also learn how to jump the hurdles and do the long jump. There will be a focus on proper warm-up and cool-down. This program is all about getting kids excited about running and showing them it can be fun!

There is no track on the following dates:
April 21st - April Vacation Week
May 5th - High School Track Meet
May 26th - Memorial Day
