Outdoor track, race starting line
We will learn the basics of how to structure a track workout, good running form, as well as jumping hurdles and long jump. Each week, we will focus on a different length race while also playing running games to keep running fun!

Please note: Grades 5-6 - September 3rd and October 1st will be at 5:30pm with grades 1-4
