In this program, we will learn the basics of track running, and jumping events, going through different stations each week to gain stamina and the skills for participating in a track program. We will incorporate basic knowledge of the benefits of exercise and how to exercise safely. Above all, we will teach how running can be a fun way to treat our bodies well!
