You have the option to register for one of the programs listed below and only attend that specific class, or to choose the Unlimited Special and be able to attend any of the classes listed below.
In each of the class offerings you will take home Vagal Toning techniques to boost your immune system.
Yin Yang Yoga - We will start off with Yang breathe and movement to warm up our bodies. 15-20 minutes. The Yin portion will concentrate on our ligaments, tendons, joints, and tissue. You will experience release, relaxation to recharge your mind, body and soul connection. This class will surprise you and is for all levels.
Please bring a pillow, blanket, and blocks if you have them for this class.
All Levels Flow Yoga - A guided flow for all levels with a combination of postures to warm, stretch, and strengthen our bodies. You will also learn breathing techniques to help restore mind body balance.
Please bring water, towel, and mat. Pre-registration required.
