Yoga in the Park at Grays Beach Park

All are welcome to join in an all-level, outdoor yoga practice held on the grass area at Gray’s Beach Park facilitated by Tori Best.
A flowing practice of mindful movement with stretching, strengthening, and permission to pause, class will hold space for all students, from newcomers to those who are more experienced.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or towel and anything else you might like to have on hand to support your body and make this practice yours.
