Yoga in the Park at Grays Beach Park
Come join us for an outdoor yoga practice held on the grass area at Gray's Beach Park.
A flowing practice of mindful movement with stretching , strengthening, and permission to pause.
Please bring a mat, blanket , towel, or anything else you might want to have on hand to support you in your practice.
Everyone is welcome from beginners to experienced.
