Women's -R.A.D. Self Defense Program

Sergeant Tom Mori, Officer Michael Gallo, & Officer Richard Allen will provide instruction in the self-defense program  R.A.D.

R.A.D., Rape Aggression, Defense, is a "system of defense for women with carefully selected defensive tactics, and helpful guidelines for continued personal growth."


The goal of this program is to empower women through self-defense based on four components: education, dependency on self, responsible decision making, and self realization of physical power.

Instruction is cumulative and the last class is a hands on simulation of the various defensive techniques learned in the previous classes.  Attendance is important to receive the maximum benefit of the program.

Must fill out the form on the link below and bring to the first night of class.

THIS PROGRAM IS BEING HELD AT THE KINGSTON COUNCIL ON AGING LOCATED AT 30 EVERGREEN STREET.
