This non-judgemental class is designed for beginner to advanced, all shapes, sizes, and ages. Each class typically begins with a balance of body creating structural strength from within, and a bit of breath work. We move through a series of both standing and seated postures, always taking into consideration the needs of the students present in class.
We close the class with a brief relaxation, Shavasana.

The instructor, Dawne has 36 years of experience teaching all types of health and wellness classes.
